Q: Is there a minimum to order?

A: No, there isn’t. Whether you ordering for your whole company or just ordering a shirt for yourself we will be happy to take care of you.

Q: Is there an order limit?

A: No. But even better on bigger orders you save. Starting at orders of 100 EUR or more you get an instant discount:

At 100.00 EUR you save 5% off of your order

At 250.00 EUR you save 10% off of your order

At 500.00 EUR you save 15% off of your order

Please note that we offer special discounts for orders of more than 25 items.

Q: Are the products that I wish to order always deliverable?

A: We only show products in our creator that are available to customers at that time. Within the larger selection you will be notified if the product is or is not deliverable at the time or if there is not enough in stock to fill your order. In the last case the delivery time can take up to 7-14 business days longer. Items that are not currently available will be order as soon as they become available.

Q: Can products that are out of stock be delivered at a later time?

A: Normally yes, after we have received new shipments from our suppliers. For our top products we of course receive new shipments regularly; however some products may become unavailable. If this is the case your order can not be completed.

Q: How long does it take before my order will arrive?

A: Normal all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours our receiving payment. Please note orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Once shipped delivery times can vary.

To set up an exact time please call this number 0180 - 500 422 92 (EUR 0,12 / min charged by Deutsche Telekom AG)(Mon-Fri 10:00 to 13:00)before placing your order.

Please excuse any delay in your deliveries due to holidays.

Generally it is necessary for quick delivery:

- Correct your payment info

- Payment received

- Complete and correct delivery and billing addresses

- No problems with the images

Q: Can I check the status of my order?

A: You can do this at any time by logging in going to my account then clicking on my order. In order to use this feature you must have an account with us.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: As soon as we receive payment we will begin processing your order. As long the money has not been transferred into our account, your order has not yet been started and can be changed or cancelled.
