Q: What are the payment options I have?
A: At shirtinator, you can pay using PayPal or any major Credit Card (Visa, MC). Customers from Germany can also send us money via Bank Transfer or Direct Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)


Bank Transfer: After buying something from shirtinator you will receive an order confirmation mail which includes all the information you´ll need in order to transfer money from your bank account to our´s. Please remember to always provide the OrderID. As soon as we have received you payment, we´ll start working on your custom tshirt.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard. We do currently not accept American Express Cards.

Payment using PayPal: Of course, you are also welcome to make a payment to shirtinator using the secure PayPal service. Not familiar with PayPay yet? Read more.

Q: Who makes sure that my order arrives?

A: We usually deliver our products with DHL or DPD.

Q: To which countries do you deliver?

A: For the time being, we deliver our products to Austria, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Denmark, France and the United Kingdom.

Q: What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

A: If you are not at home when your product arrives, you´ll be notified about the delivery attempt by DHL , DPD or your local delivery company. You should receive a post card with a new delivery date. If you are not at home for the second time, your order will be sent back to us.

Q: What can I do if my order doesn´t arrive?

A: You´ll be notified once your order has left our warehouse`and been handed over to DHL. Should you not receive your product within 10 days after receiving our notification, please inform us immediately by sending a mail to info(at)shirtinator.co.uk.

Q: Something went wrong with my payment or shipping. What shall I do?
