A: No, there is no minimum order.

Q: Is there an order limit?
A: No. However, Shirtinator gives you a discount if the order is higher than 100 £.

More than 100 £ Order value <–> 5% Discount
More than 250 £ Order value <–> 10% Discount
More than 500 £ Order value <–> 15% Discount

Discounts are automatically deducted from the order price.

Q: Do you always have my products on stock?

A: Our Creator usually only shows you products that are available at the time you placed your order. However, it is possible that an item becomes unavailable. If your desired item(s) cannot be shipped to you, Shirtinator will inform you immediately.

Q: Why can't you print my pixel-based motifs on dark textiles?

A: Printing pixel motifs on dark textiles using the digital transfer technology results in bad quality. So if you would like to print a pixel motif, you should choose a white textile.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my order?

A: All of our products are usually ready for shipping within 2 working days after receiving the your payment. Your order is then handed over to one of our shipping partners. If you want your order to arrive quickly, you should stick to the following rules:

- You provide us with correct payment information
- Billing and delivery address are correct

- There's no problem with your own motif(s).

Q: Where can I see the status of my order?

A: If you're a registered Shirtinator customer or user, you can see the status of your orders by clicking "Orders" in your customer account.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: We print your personal t-shirt and gift items as soon as it has been paid. If your order hasn't been paid yet and the order is still in progress, then you can easily cancel or modify your order by loggin into your customer account.
