Q: To which countries do you deliver? A: For the time being, we deliver our products to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finnland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

| Q: What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives? A: If you are not at home when your product arrives, you´ll be notified about the delivery attempt by DHL oder DPD. You should receive a postcard with a new delivery date. If you are not at home the second time either, your order will be sent back to us. | |||||||||||
| Q: What should I do if the parcel doesn't arrive? A: You´ll be notified once your order has left our warehouse`and been handed over to DHL or DPD. Should you not receive your product within 10 days after receiving our notification, please inform us immediatly by sending a mail to info(at)shirtinator.co.uk.
