Returning Products

Q: What should I do if I have a complaint?

 

A: If something was wrong with your order; for example the wrong size, or the print fades after the first wash, then please contact our service at info (at) shirtinator.de. We will of course pay the delivery fee for unprinted merchandise articles that have been sent back to us.

 

 

Q: If I am not happy with my order or if it doesn’t fit, can I send it back without any trouble? 

A: Your happiness is our goal. Therefore, we accept any returns that are within two weeks.  Any items that have not been worn will receive full return price.

However, please note:

We are not a "normal" retail company. Every product you order is made specifically for you, and in most cases we cannot sell that product to any other person. That´s why we ask you to double check the size, colour, product, etc. If you are not sure about anything, please contact our service at info (at) shirtinator.de, or do a test order with just one single product. To avoid mistakes with images and texts, please double check your order confirmation and make changes if necessary. If you think that returning your product is necessary, please always contact our service team first at the email-adress shown above.
