Q: Is there a minimum order value?

Q: Is there an order limit?
We would like to inform you that you should ask us for our wholesale prices it you want to order more than 25 shirts.

Q: Do you always have my products on stock? A: Our Shirt Creator usually only shows you products that were available at the time you placed your order. However, it it is possible that an item is not available. If your desired item cannot be shipped to you, Shirtinator will inform you immediately.

Q: Why can´t you print my pixel-based motifs on dark textiles? A: Printing pixel motivs on dark shirts using the digital transfer technology results in bad quality. So if you would like to print a pixel motif, you should choose a white T-Shirt.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my order? A: All of our products are usually ready for shipping within 2 working days after receiving the total order sum. Your order is then handed over to one of our shipping partners. If you want your order to arrive quickly, you should stick to the following rules:
- the total amount has to be paid to our bank or Paypal account - no problems regarding your motif

| Q: Where can I see what happened to my order? A: If you´re a registered Shritinator customer or user, you can see the status of your orders by clicking "Orders" in your customer account.

| Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? A: We print your personal T Shirt as soon as it has been paid. Before receiving any money from you, your order is being processed. In that status you can easily cancel or modify your order yourself by logging into your customer account. |
