Q: What are the payment options I have?

Q: Who makes sure that my order arrives? A: We usually deliver our products with DHL or DPD.

| Q: To which countries do you deliver? A: For the time being, we deliver our products to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Denmark, France, Estonia, Latvia, Lithiuania, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Spain, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal

| Q: What happens if I am not at home when the mailman knocks at my door? A: If you are not at home when your product arrives, you´ll be notified about the delivery attempt by DHL oder DPD. You should receive a postcard with a new delivery date. If you are not at home the second time either, your order will be sent back to us.

| Q: What can I do if my order doesn´t arrive? A: You´ll be notified once your order has left our warehouse`and been handed over to DHL. Should you not receive your product within 10 days after receiving our notification, please inform us immediatly by sending a mail to info(at)shirtinator.co.uk.
