Q: What are the payment options?
A: Shirtinator accepts credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay with Paypal or Amazon.



Q: Which company delivers my order?
A: We usually deliver our products with DHL and Parcel Force.



Q: To which countries do you deliver?
A: For the time being, we deliver our products to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (excl. Channel Islands).

Q: Do you delivery to British Forces Post Office addresses?
A: We are happy to deliver to British Military addresses but we cannot send them with online tracking and so will send them via the normal postal system. Please ensure that the delivery address is formatted as per the government advice here https://www.gov.uk/british-forces-post-office-services



Q: How long will it take to produce my order?
A: Most orders will be ready for dispatch within two working days of payment.
Some items take a little longer to produce. These include
- garments with customers’ own photographs and designs
- garments with images or text printed on the arms
- items with large amounts of text.

These items are normally dispatched within 2 – 4 working days.

Please remember that all our items are made-to-order and we do not keep a range of items in stock. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but, if you need your order ASAP, please leave a note in the ‘comment box’ in the checkout with your deadline. Alternatively, send us a message in advance to service@shirtinator.co.uk with your deadline and the product(s) you want to order, and we will get back to you.



Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery to the UK. Delivery times to other countries varies. Please contact service@shirtnator.co.uk for further details.

Q: Is there an “Express” option for my delivery?
A: Indeed there is! We offer extra quick production plus delivery by DHL Express for those in a real hurry - just choose 'Express Service‘.



Q: “Express Service”
A: Our “Express Service” means that you can place your order online before 23:59 and have your purchase delivered to your doorstep on the next but one working day (Monday-Friday). We charge £17.99 for this service.
Please note: Orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will be delivered on the next but one working day. Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

The following general rules apply for our “Express” options:
please supply a contact number so that the courier can contact you if necessary. This will help avoid delays in the delivery of your order. Unfortunately we can't guarantee a timely delivery of Express parcels to remote locations and P.O. Box addresses.



Q: What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
A: If you are not at home when your product arrives, you'll be notified about the delivery attempt by DHL or Parcel Force. You should receive a postcard with a new delivery date. If you are not at home the second time either, your order will be sent back to us.



Q: What should I do if the parcel doesn't arrive?
A: You´ll be notified once your order has left our warehouse`and been handed over to DHL or Parcel Force. Should you not receive your product within 10 days of receiving our notification, please inform us immediatly by sending a mail to service@shirtinator.co.uk.



Q: Something went wrong with my payment or shipment. What shall I do?
A: In this case, please contact our service department at service@shirtinator.co.uk
