Cancellation policy

(1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Please note: This does not apply to personalised products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Shirtinator AG, Frei-Otto-Straße 18, 80797 Munich, Germany, e-mail service@shirtinator.co.uk) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

(2) Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you selected a method of delivery that differs from the standard, cheapest method of delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement.
This right applies only to orders with a total value of 50 GBP / 50 EUR or more.
To carry out this repayment, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case shall you be charged for any such repayment. We may refuse this repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods which results from your treatment of the goods beyond which is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. 

(3) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: 
- goods (for example T-shirts) that are not pre-produced and are made to order, and which are produced according to individual specifications or requirements 
- goods which are customised or specially manufactured according to particular specifications, or which are clearly personalised (for example T-shirts with personalised texts and personalised artwork).
