Consumer dispute resolution
As of 2016, European legislation provides consumers with an online mediation platform for resolving disputes between consumers and businesses. This online platform will take up operation on 15/02/2016 and can be accessed via the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We currently do not use any alternative dispute resolution methods as defined in EU Directive 2013/11 EU.
